Course Aims

End of key stage reading comprehension tests are set to return after a two-year enforced break. This online course aims to support teachers to prepare their pupils for the rigours of the test with sound pedagogical techniques that should also develop reading comprehension across the curriculum and reading for pleasure.

Free follow-up session on Tuesday 14 December at 3.45pm

Who should attend?

Teachers of years 2, teaching assistants who support individuals/ groups of pupils, subject leaders and assessment leaders.

Places cost £75 each and are allocated on a first come first served basis. The sessions will be led over Zoom call.
